Quotes and booking
Quotes are based on the details you provide and on what we observe at your property. A quote is not confirmed until we agree on a scope and a start date. Prices may change if the scope changes.
Colors and materials
Colors, sheens, and products are confirmed with you before work begins. Colors can look different from samples depending on lighting and surface, so we recommend testing a sample on site. Changes after work has started may affect the price and schedule.
Scheduling, access, and safety
You agree to provide safe access to the areas being painted and to clear small or fragile items from them. We may reschedule for weather or safety conditions. If we cannot safely access an area, we will discuss alternatives with you.
